In-Home Registered Behavior Technician - Part Time

Position Summary:
The Registered Behavior Technician is responsible for providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy support to children with behavioral disorders or developmental delays in their homes during the day, evening and weekend hours.  The position is part-time.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy services to clients
• Work with a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop therapy plans
• Implement therapy plans as assigned by the BCBA
• Collect data on therapy sessions and report outcomes to the BCBA
• Attend team meetings and continuing education sessions as required
• Provide positive reinforcement to clients to encourage progress and learning
• Build strong relationships with clients and their families to support therapy goals

Requirements:
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience providing ABA therapy to children with behavioral disorders or developmental delays
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Availability to work during evening hours, typically from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Physical Demands:
The Registered Behavior Technician may be required to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and climb stairs while providing therapy services. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to physically interact with clients is also required.
