Job Description: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Established In-Home Cases)

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive behavior analytic services to individuals with developmental disabilities, primarily in home-based settings. You will work with established cases, ensuring continuity of care and promoting the overall well-being and progress of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and functional behavior assessments to identify target behaviors, establish behavior goals, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other professionals, caregivers, and family members to develop and implement behavior intervention plans to address maladaptive behaviors and promote positive behavior change.
- Provide direct behavior analytic services to clients in a home-based setting, including conducting behavior therapy sessions, implementing behavior reduction techniques, and teaching functional skills.
- Utilize data collection systems to collect, analyze, and interpret behavior data, making any necessary adjustments to the treatment plan and intervention strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, progress notes, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and professional standards.
- Train and supervise behavior technicians or interventionists, providing ongoing feedback, guidance, and support to ensure the effective delivery of behavior analytic services.
- Conduct staff training and parent training sessions to educate and empower caregivers in implementing behavior intervention strategies and promoting generalization of learned skills.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and advancements in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to enhance intervention techniques and promote evidence-based practices.

Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- At least 2 years of professional experience practicing behavior analysis, preferably in home-based settings.
- In-depth knowledge of behavior analytic principles, methods, and practices, with a strong understanding of functional assessment and behavior intervention strategies.
- Proficient in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Ability to design, implement, and evaluate behavior analytic programs based on client needs and treatment goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions to support behavior change.
- Demonstrated experience in staff training and supervision, providing ongoing support, feedback, and development opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload while prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to client homes as required.
