Job Description: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Partial Remote)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This position offers partial remote work, allowing for a flexible and balanced work-life schedule. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing ongoing behavior analysis services.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to determine the unique needs and challenges of clients.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, utilizing evidence-based practices and behavioral interventions.
- Implement behavior analytic interventions to address maladaptive behaviors and increase pro-social and adaptive behaviors.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate client progress, making necessary modifications to intervention plans as needed.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members, including families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals, to ensure coordinated and consistent care.
- Provide guidance and training to direct care staff, parents, and caregivers on implementing behavior analytic strategies and techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client sessions, progress notes, and reports.
- Stay informed about the latest research and developments in the field of behavior analysis, attending conferences and workshops to further professional growth.
- Comply with ethical standards set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and adhere to applicable laws and regulations.
- Supervise and mentor behavior technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in compliance with BACB supervision requirements.

Qualifications:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) designation required.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing treatment plans for individuals across the lifespan and with a wide range of disabilities and diagnoses.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of principles and practices of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficient in utilizing electronic data collection systems and other technology tools related to behavior analysis.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to various client locations as needed.
